On behalf of twenty seven landowners in this precinct, Vantage acted as the Proponent’s Representative on the Catherine Field Part Precinct project. The 307ha precinct was guided through the Growth Centres Precinct Acceleration Protocol. Vantage’s role involved working closely with the Department of Planning, Camden Council Sydney Water, Integral Energy, Roads and Maritime Services, Office of Water, Department of Education and the Rural Fire Service.
Vantage coordinated the design team to deliver the current precinct structure plan including road network, riparian area, seven parks, two schools and the residential area. Vantage also managed design and feasibility review for Valad Property Group, who was the major land owner within the precinct.
